From 2005 to 2008 Polish Transport Holdings carried out a recruitment project for one of the biggest transport operators on the British market – Stagecoach Group.

Stagecoach UK Bus reported a demand for highly experienced Polish bus drivers to work in various parts of UK, particularly in Scotland and North West England.  

Apart from drivers PTH recruited for Stagecoach highly qualified mechanics.

The recruitment programme was developed in close co-operation with the Client and it consisted of several stages:

• Job advertisement in nationwide press
• Interviews with candidates and practice test
• Organization of language courses
• Organization for employees the transfer to the UK

Multistage recruitment and preparatory process enabled to identify high quality employees.

From 2005 to 2008 PTH identified and successfully recruited more than 500 drivers and mechanics.

Many of them continue their work for Stagecoach with success.
